Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel's location is fantastic, near Newcastle center and St James Park football ground. The staff was nice, but the rooms were in need of repair and had a strong cigarette smell. The dining options were very poor, and the hotel is out of town, which made me feel unsafe.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with good facilities, ideal for friend gatherings. However, soundproofing could be better to enhance the stay experience. The location is perfect, especially for city access, with safe parking. Dining is varied but some improvement needed for hygienic service.
The hotel was quite a disappointment. The room provided from the same chain, which was more expensive and 3 km away, was cramped and stiflingly hot with no ventilation. The constant disturbance from people outside kept disrupting my sleep throughout the night.
